Good day, this is Michael De Rosa, and we will be Isaiah 55:6

Seek the Lord while He may be found;
Call upon Him while He is near.

There is a dangerous belief that floats in one too many people’s minds, namely that God will ALWAYS be there WHENEVER you need him….so don’t worry!

Such a lie stems from the sin of pride which says, God will answer me when I call. I am important.

My friend, God will not strive with us forever. Judgment Day is coming. Not a popular idea these days

Now, this lie does not erode the truth of God’s continued presence with us. For the groundwork of this truth is that God is sovereign, that man is not the center of the universe, and that we need God to save us from sin.

Whereas the lie insidiously promotes God as a heavenly bellhop, the truth boldly declares God is ever present in the lives He created in order to display His glory so that man would worship Him alone, discovering joy unspeakable.

Now let me leave you with this final thought. You need God the most when you are aware of Him the least.
