In the early morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went away to a secluded place, and was praying there.
Jesus was intentional about praying; and, yet, our good intentions to pray can be -once too often -about as adequate as your telling a friend that you will call him but never do
Friends, when we allow that business to map out of day, we will miss out on the one thing that we desperately need, namely prayer.
So unless we take time to talk with God, we miss out on all that our Father has for us on any given day.
Now, when I struggle a seemingly lack of time to pray, I do this. It might help you too:
I set aside a small amount of time to pray each day. Now, that does not sound like much, but in -usually- a short amount of time, I joyfully rediscover that this time passes too quickly, and I want to spend more time in prayer.
How is your prayer life?
