Today I want to talk about whirlwinds. My text will be Proverb 10: 25
When the whirlwind passes, the wicked is no more, But the righteous has an everlasting foundation.
Regardless of the problem’s size, a person who is not mindful of God’s way, will be swept away.
And, in contrast, we are reminded that, regardless of the problem, the righteous will always be safe.
Now, let me explain this:
…while we know of righteous people who do not escape suffering, and while Non Christian will surmount obstacles, we need to take a step back from these temporal outcomes to realize eternity’s values, namely the one who has chosen to confront problems in this life without having set his focus of serving God, will reap the consequences of this by being separated from God for eternity…
…And that person builds a secure life by putting God first in all he does, is not, and will not be disappointed for his eternal foundation is in Heaven
So, even while you may well be a Christian, what are you doing today to be mindful of God’s direction in your life so that you will have a secure foundation regardless of your life situation
